Register Now for the 2013 ISC Summer Day Camp!

To register for our summer camp program, please fill out the information in the fields below. Be sure to fill in all required fields. Registration will hold a place for your child as space is limited. Registration fees are non–refundable. Camp Expenses qualify as deductible child care expenses according to the IRS. Our Federal Tax ID is: 80-0532335.

To enroll in our camp program all campers must pay a $40 non-refundable fee. This fee is payable at the time of registration. All campers will receive a T-Shirt and Camp Bag on their first day of camp. Complete the form below and securely pay your registration fee online.

When you are ready to complete your enrollment please click on the link below. You can email the forms to: donna@intsports.com or you can submit them by mail. Please do not forget to include your child’s photo, proof of employment for 10% discount and your child’s up to date immunization records.
